RN: Registered Nurse - Assisted Living

Part Time | Day Shift

Pay rate between $37-$41/hour
Based on experience

The RN role supports our mission by providing compassionate, holistic nursing care tailored to each resident's individual plan of care, adhering to established policies and standards of practice.

What will I do as an RN?

1. Develop and deliver clinical care for residents in collaboration with the Director of CBRF and/or physicians, utilizing the nursing process.
2. Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure quality care.
3. Administer medications and treatments safely as ordered by physicians.
4. Assist in admission/readmission processes, including clinical data collection and care planning.
5. Provide coaching and re-education to staff to maintain high standards of care, including medication pass audits.

What is required in this position?

• Current and valid RN license in Wisconsin.
• Current and valid CBRF certification or willingness to obtain upon hire.
• Experience in long-term care is helpful.
• Knowledge of OBRA, state, and federal regulations related to long-term care is helpful.
• Basic computer skills are helpful.
