NHC HealthCare West Plains is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our family-oriented SNF team in West Plains, MO. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to assess patients and implement plans of care, while communicating with patients and families to ensure understanding and comfort.

The ideal candidate is caring, compassionate, and a team player. Missouri RN licensure is required; SNF experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Missouri RN license required.

• Prior SNF or Matrix experience a plus.

Responsibilities

Registered Nurse (RN) for family - oriented SNF in West Plains, MO

NHC HealthCare West Plains is looking for an RN to join our team to provide compassionate care to our patients. West Plains considers itself the heart of the Ozarks and is the largest city within 100 miles of south central Missouri.

The ideal Registered Nurse candidate is caring, compassionate, has a positive attitude and is a team player. Responsibilities include working with the interdisciplinary care team to assure accurate patient assessment and plan of care; maintaining open and ongoing communication with patients and families; assuring that appropriate nursing care is provided; assisting with medications and treatments; supervising LPNs and other nursing partners; and performing other patient care duties as assigned.
