NHC HealthCare West Plains is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our family-oriented SNF team in West Plains, MO. You will work with an interdisciplinary care team to assess patients and plan care, communicate with patients and families, and provide compassionate nursing care.

The role includes supervising LPNs and nursing partners, assisting with medications and treatments, and contributing to a positive, collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Missouri RN license required.

• Prior Matrix and SNF experience a plus.

Registered Nurse (RN) for family - oriented SNF in West Plains, MO

NHC HealthCare West Plains is looking for an RN to join our team to provide compassionate care to our patients. West Plains considers itself the heart of the Ozarks and is the largest city within 100 miles of south central Missouri.

The ideal Registered Nurse candidate is caring, compassionate, has a positive attitude and is a team player. Responsibilities include working with the interdisciplinary care team to assure accurate patient assessment and plan of care; maintaining open and ongoing communication with patients and families; assuring that appropriate nursing care is provided; assisting with medications and treatments; supervising LPNs and other nursing partners; and performing other patient care duties as assigned.
