Job summary

National HealthCare Corporation (NHC) West Plains is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our family-oriented SNF team in West Plains, MO. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to assess patients, plan and provide compassionate nursing care, and supervise LPNs and nursing partners.

Registered Nurse (RN) for family-oriented SNF in West Plains, MO

NHC HealthCare West Plains is looking for an RN to join our team to provide compassionate care to our patients. At NHC HealthCare West Plains you will find great teamwork, good communication, & wonderful people!! Our facility is located about 45 minutes from the Arkansas border. West Plains considers itself the heart of the Ozarks and is the largest city within 100 miles of south central Missouri.

The ideal Registered Nurse candidate is caring, compassionate, has a positive attitude and is a team player. Responsibilities include working with the interdisciplinary care team to assure accurate patient assessment and plan of care; maintaining open and ongoing communication with patients and families; assuring that appropriate nursing care is provided; assisting with medications and treatments; supervising LPNs and other nursing partners; and performing other patient care duties as assigned.
