Adoration Health, a BrightSpring Health Services affiliate, is seeking a PRN Hospice RN in Baltimore, MD. You will provide 1:1 patient care, manage symptoms, and administer medications in home-based hospice settings.

The role emphasizes compassionate nursing, clinical documentation, and coordination with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comfort and dignity for patients and families. PRN hours offer flexible scheduling and ongoing opportunities within a growing organization.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school with current state licensure
• One year nursing experience required, 3+ years preferred
• Experience in hospice or similar setting preferred
• Knowledge of hospice philosophy of care
• Must be a licensed driver with insured vehicle

Responsibilities

• Assess/monitor physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients
• Create hospice care plans that align with patient wishes and goals
• Direct nursing care: administer medications, treatments and interventions
• Provide pain and symptom management
• Educate and support patient families and caregivers
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Participate in on-call rotation as required by local branch

Qualifications

• One year nursing experience required, 3+ years preferred
• Experience in hospice or a similar setting preferred
• Knowledge of the hospice philosophy of care
• Commitment to clinical and documentation excellence
• Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state/or organization requirements and is in good working order
