Job summary

Compassus in Sedona, AZ is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager for a part-time role (24 hours per week). You will provide compassionate hospice care, build strong relationships with patients and families, and collaborate with the care team to deliver comfort and dignity in home settings.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state you work

• Current driver’s license
