Job summary

Compassus is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to support patients at home, coordinating care with the care team and educating families. The role emphasizes compassionate, patient-centered care, driving quality of life and dignity in end-of-life settings.

Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager Requirements
