Job summary

AccentCare Inc. is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) in Minnesota to provide compassionate end-of-life care within an interdisciplinary team.

You will develop and carry out individualized care plans, ensuring comfort and dignity for patients and families, with autonomy at the top of your license and strong support from the organization. The role includes on-call or admission rotations, a Monday–Friday schedule with potential flexibility in coverage areas around Chisago City, Lindstrom, and

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of practice
• At least one year of nursing experience
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and appropriate auto insurance

• Partner with patients, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary group to create and carry out care plans
• Perform comprehensive assessments—physical, emotional, social, and spiritual to guide care decisions

• Coordinate care across disciplines to ensure continuity and dignity
• Document care clearly and accurately to reflect patient needs and progress
• Participate in on-call or admission rotations as needed

Hospice Registered Nurse (RN)

Pay: $90000 - $95000 + mileage reimbursement , based on experience

Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm + on call support rotation

Coverage Area: Open to flexible coverage areas in suburbs like Chisago City / Lindstrom / Wyoming / surrounding areas OR Elk River / Andover / Anoka & Maplewood / Shoreview / Hugo surrounding areas
