Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is seeking a full-time Home Health Registered Nurse in Wichita, KS. You will manage a caseload, supervise LPN visits, and coordinate with Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy to provide comprehensive care.

The role offers a real Monday–Friday schedule, base pay in the $78k–$88k range with a $2,500 sign-on bonus, paid training, mileage reimbursement, and PTO accrual from day one.

Qualifications

• Kansas or Compact RN license required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Strong organizational, clinical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of home health patients, supervising LPN visits and coordinating with PT/OT/SLT teams. Conduct assessments and build care plans per physician orders, supporting conditions like CHF, COPD, diabetes, wounds and meds.
