Job summary

Phoenix Home Care and Hospice is seeking a compassionate registered nurse for home health with flexible availability (Full-Time, Part-Time, & PRN). The role covers Higginsville, Odessa, MO and surrounding areas, with a pay range of $80,000 - $95,000 per year.

The ideal candidate will manage caseloads, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and uphold regulatory standards. Real-time charting and support tools help ensure your evenings are yours.

Qualifications

• Active Missouri or Compact RN License.
• Valid Missouri Driver's License.
• Home health experience strongly preferred.
• Strong clinical skills in physical assessment and diagnostic interpretation.
• Organized, self-directed, and able to manage your own caseload.
• Compassionate communicator with patients, families, and physicians.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload including supervision of LPN visits — you run your schedule.
• Varied weekly visits including routine care, evaluations, and starts of care — no two days the same.
• Educate patients on health conditions including CHF, COPD, Diabetes, Wound Care, and Medication Management.
• Collaborate with physicians to obtain orders and write diagnosis-driven plans of care.
• Work alongside a strong therapy team including PT, OT, and Speech.
