Job summary

Adoration Health is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse to join our team in Upper Marlboro, MD. The role focuses on providing patient-centered in-home care, working with an interdisciplinary team, and supporting families in goal attainment.

Qualifications

• Registered Nursing Degree (Associate or Bachelor) from an accredited college with current unrestricted license in state of practice
• One year nursing practice in a patient care setting required; home health/geriatrics preferred
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record and car insurance in Adoration policy
• New nursing graduates may be considered in select markets
• Current CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Assess/monitor physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients
• Create home health care plans that align with MD orders and patient goals
• Direct nursing care: administering medications, treatments, and interventions
• Provide pain and symptom management
• Educate and support patient’s family and caregivers
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Participate in on-call rotation as required by the local branch

• Current CPR certification

Salary Range

USD $55.00 - $110.00 / Hour
