Adoration Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Home Health team in Saddle Brook, NJ. This PRN RN role focuses on one-to-one patient care, delivering medications, education, and care plans based on MD orders.

We offer flexible scheduling and a supportive interdisciplinary team environment, with opportunities for advancement. Must hold NJ RN license, CPR, valid driver’s license, and have at least 1 year of nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Registered Nursing Degree with current, unrestricted license in state of practice and residence
• One year nursing experience required; home health or geriatrics preferred
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and insurance
• New grads may be considered in select markets based on program availability
• Current CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Assess/monitor physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients
• Create home health care plans aligned with MD orders and patient goals
• Direct nursing care: administer medications, treatments, and interventions
• Provide pain and symptom management
• Educate and support patient family and caregivers
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Participate in on-call rotation as required by the local branch

Responsibilities

As a Home Health Registered Nurse, You will:

Qualifications

• Registered Nursing Degree (Associate or Bachelor) from an accredited college of nursing with current unrestricted registration and license in the state of practice and in the state of residence is required
• One year nursing practice in a patient care setting required, and home health, geriatrics or other related settings preferred
• Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and proof of car insurance in accordance with Adoration policy
• New nursing graduates may be considered in select markets based on program availability
• Current CPR certification
