Job summary

Adoration Health is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse to join our Clifton, NJ team on a PRN basis. You will provide expert, patient-centered care in the home setting, assess needs, implement MD orders, admin medications, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.

This role offers flexible scheduling, meaningful autonomy, strong team support, and opportunities for advancement within a growing company. A valid RN license in NJ, CPR certification, and a driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• RN license (state of practice) and current unrestricted registration
• One year of nursing practice in a patient care setting; home health or geriatrics preferred
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and proof of insurance

Responsibilities

• Assess/monitor physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients
• Create home health care plans that align with MD orders and patient goals
• Direct nursing care: administering medications, treatments, and interventions
• Provide pain and symptom management
• Educate and support the patient’s family and caregivers
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Participate in on-call rotation as required by the local branch

Responsibilities

As a Home Health Registered Nurse, You will:

• Registered Nursing Degree (Associate or Bachelor) from an accredited college of nursing with current unrestricted registration and license in the state of practice and in the state of residence is required
• One year nursing practice in a patient care setting required ; and home health, geriatrics or other related settings preferred
• Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and proof of car insurance in accordance with Adoration policy
• New nursing graduates may be considered in select markets based on program availability
• Current CPR certification
