Job summary

Adoration Health is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse for Clifton, NJ. This PRN role focuses on patient-centered care in a home health setting, with flexible scheduling and a supportive team.

Responsibilities include care planning, administering treatments, educating families, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. A RN degree and CPR certification are required, along with a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Registered Nursing Degree (Associate or Bachelor) with current unrestricted registration and license.
• One year nursing practice in a patient care setting; home health, geriatrics or related settings preferred.
• Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and proof of car insurance per Adoration policy.
• New nursing graduates may be considered in select markets based on program availability.
• Current CPR certification.

• Assess/monitor physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients.
• Create home health care plans aligning with MD orders and patient goals.
• Direct nursing care: administering medications, treatments, and interventions.
• Provide pain and symptom management.
• Educate and support the patient's family and caregivers.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation; participate in on-call rotation as required by the local branch.
