Vibra Permanent Staffing is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for a direct-hire, full-time role with a LTAC partner. You will provide direct care to medically complex patients and work with physicians and an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• 1+ year of acute care/ICU/LTAC experience preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS within 90 days of hire.
• Strong clinical judgment and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill or medically complex patients
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team to coordinate care plans
• Monitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments, document findings
• Educate patients and families, advocate for long-term health and recovery
