Job summary

Vibra Permanent Staffing seeks experienced Registered Nurses for a direct-hire, full-time LTAC role. You will provide direct nursing care to high-acuity patients and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans.

Responsibilities include monitoring patient progress, administering medications and treatments, educating patients and families, and advocating for long-term health and recovery.

Qualifications

• Active RN license.
• 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience strongly preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS within 90 days of hire.
• Strong clinical judgment and a commitment to excellence in patient care.
• Compassionate, team-oriented mindset.
