Job summary

Vibra Permanent Staffing is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for a direct hire, full-time opportunity in a Long‑Term Acute Care (LTAC) setting. You will provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate individualized care plans.

The role requires an active RN license with BLS and ACLS within 90 days of hire, and a commitment to high-quality patient care in a medically complex environment.

Qualifications

• Active RN license and current credentials.
• 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS within 90 days of hire.
• Strong clinical judgment and compassionate, patient-focused care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill or medically complex patients.
• Coordinate care with physicians and an interdisciplinary team.
• Monitor patient progress, administer medications, and document findings.
• Educate patients and families, and advocate for long-term recovery.
• Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and regulatory guidelines.
