Vibra Hospital of Clear Lake is a Critical Care Hospital providing acute care services to patients recovering from serious illnesses or injuries, including trauma, infectious diseases, wound healing, cardiovascular issues, stroke, amputation, and ventilator weaning. Responsibilities

The RN develops, implements, evaluates, and revises care plans for assigned patients and families, promoting Vibra Healthcare's mission and values. Responsibilities include direct patient care, delegation, supervision of nursing care, demonstrating clinical competence, managing patient care, improving quality, establishing professional relationships, and developing clinical expertise in your specialty.

Required Skills

• Current, valid RN license in the state of employment
• Current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor
• Current ACLS certification within six months of hire from a Vibra-approved vendor

Additional Qualifications/Skills

• Previous acute care experience preferred
• Professional image, knowledge of regulatory standards, strong organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to make independent decisions, computer proficiency, and drug-free workplace
