Participants in the Clinical Career Ladder are eligible for pay increases after successful completion of the Novice, Intermediate, Advanced, and Expert Level


Responsibilities

The RN develops, implements, evaluates, and revises a care plan for assigned patients and families, promoting Vibra Healthcare's mission and values. Responsibilities include direct patient care, delegation, and supervision of nursing care in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act. Key aspects of the RN role include demonstrating clinical competence, managing patient care, enhancing quality of care, establishing professional relationships, utilizing professional skills, fulfilling hospital responsibilities, and developing clinical expertise in their specialty.

Required Skills
  • Current, valid, and active RN license in the state of employment.
  • Current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor.
  • Current ACLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor within six (6) months of hire.
Additional Qualifications/Skills
  • Previous acute care experience preferred.
  • Ability to project a professional image.
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to make independent decisions when necessary.
  • Working knowledge of relevant computer and software applications.
  • Free from illegal drug use and effects of substance abuse in the workplace.
