Job summary

Vibra Healthcare is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for ContinueCARE Hospital at Baptist Health Paducah in Kentucky. This full-time, direct-hire role focuses on caring for highly ill patients recovering from complex medical conditions in a LTAC setting.

You will provide direct nursing care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, monitor progress, administer medications, educate families, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in KY or compact state.
• 1+ year in acute care/ICU/LTAC preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS within 90 days.
• Strong clinical judgment and team-oriented mindset.
