The role involves delivering direct nursing care to critically ill or medically complex patients and coordinating care with an interdisciplinary team.

Candidates should hold an active RN license in Kentucky or a compact state, with 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Kentucky or compact state.
• 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS within 90 days of hire.
• Strong clinical judgment and a compassionate, team‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent patient communication and advocacy skills.
