ContinueCARE Hospital at Baptist Health Paducah is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for a direct hire, full-time opportunity. You will provide direct care to critically ill patients and work with an interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans, while educating patients and families.

The role emphasizes strong clinical judgment, compassionate teamwork, and adherence to policies and regulatory guidelines in a LTAC setting.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Kentucky or compact state.
• 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience strongly preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS required within 90 days of hire.
• Strong clinical judgment and a commitment to excellence in patient care.
• Compassionate, team-oriented mindset.
