Job summary

Gundersen Electrophysiology Lab in La Crosse, Wisconsin is seeking an RN for the EP lab to perform electrophysiology studies, ablations, and pacemaker/defibrillator insertions. The role is 0.75 FTE with 10-hour shifts (7:00am–5:00pm) and a full-time orientation.

Expect 2–3 weeknight call shifts per week after scheduled shifts; no overnight or weekend call or holidays. Competitive hourly wage and strong team longevity, with access to development and retirement benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Nursing required, Wisconsin RN license on hire.
• 2+ years RN experience with cardiac patients required.
• BLS for healthcare providers required; ACLS within 3 months of hire.
• EP lab experience preferred; RCIS certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support EP lab procedures: electrophysiology studies, radiofrequency ablations, pacemaker/ICD insertions.
• Collaborate with Cardio Testing, Pre-Op, Exercise Physiology, and Cardiothoracic Surgery teams.
• Provide compassionate patient care and precise documentation.
• Participate in call shifts occasionally; no overnights or weekend call.
