Job summary

BayCare Health System in Winter Haven, FL is seeking a PRN/Pool RN to join the PACU team at Winter Haven Hospital. The role includes independent patient care, delegation, and preceptor duties as needed. Requires RN license, BLS, and ACLS.

BayCare Health System is currently seeking a PRN/PoolRegistered Nurse to join our outstanding and compassionate PACU team at Winter Haven Hospital.

The RN responsibilities include:

• Independently caring for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards.
• Delegating appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team.
• Professional accountability and development.
• Direct contact with the child and has primary responsibility for providing personal care assistance and supervision to a child.
• Performing the role of preceptor and charge nurse when assigned.
