BayCare Health System is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse to join the PACU team at Winter Haven Hospital in Florida. The candidate will independently care for patients, delegate tasks, and perform as a preceptor or charge nurse when assigned. Qualifications include an RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications, and a minimum of 18 months of RN experience. RN - Registered Nurse Department Pool / PRN - PACU

BayCare Health System is currently seeking a PRN/Pool Registered Nurse to join our outstanding and compassionate PACU team at Winter Haven Hospital.

Responsibilities

• Independently caring for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards.
• Delegating appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team.
• Professional accountability and development.
• Direct contact with the child and has primary responsibility for providing personal care assistance and supervision to a child.
• Performing the role of preceptor and charge nurse when assigned.
