Responsibilities

1. Provide care aligned with physician orders, policies, and regulations to meet residents' physical, mental, and psychosocial needs.
2. Collaborate with a team to promote residents' well-being and independence.
3. Maintain active RN/LPN/LVN license, CPR, and First Aid certifications, with ongoing education as required.
