RN Registered Nurse – Cardiac Specialty Unit

Full‑time night‑shift position (7 pm–7 am, 12‑hour shifts, 36 hrs / week, weekend option) at Ascension St John Medical Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols.
• Implement and monitor patient care plans.
• Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
• Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well‑coordinated patient care.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing.
• BLS Provider obtained within 1 month of hire date; accepted from American Heart Association or American Red Cross.

Education

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing or professional licensure at time of hire.
