Mercy St. Louis Hospital in Kirkwood, MO is seeking an experienced registered nurse for night shifts in the Behavioral Health department.

You will apply the nursing process to deliver patient care, coordinate with other departments, and uphold patient rights and confidentiality. Mercy offers a sign-on bonus up to $10,000, base pay determined by experience plus differentials, stay premium after two years, annual merit increases, day-one health/dental/vision, 401(k) with employer match, referral

Formación

• Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN license in the hiring state or compact licensure and must meet state board requirements.
• Basic Life Support certification by American Heart Association or within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

Education: Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
Licensure: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.
Certifications:
Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire

Physical Requirements

• Position requires the ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 lbs on a regular basis.
• Position requires prolonged standing and walking during each shift.
• Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties.
