Mercy St. Louis Hospital is seeking a dedicated RN for full-time night shifts in Behavioral Health. You will provide direct patient care using the nursing process and assume responsibility for the care of your assigned patients, while coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless care.

You will uphold patient rights and confidentiality, adhere to Mercy Service Standards, and participate in incentives and education programs offered, including sign-on bonuses and merit increases.

Qualificações

• Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
• RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

Education: Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
Licensure: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.
Certifications:
Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire

Physical Requirements

• Position requires the ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 lbs on a regular basis.
• Position requires prolonged standing and walking during each shift.
• Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties.
