RN - Registered Nurse (Ambulatory RN Levels 1-2) - Program Coordinator Pulmonary - HTN

Join OU Health as a Registered Nurse (Ambulatory RN Levels 1-2) in the Pulmonary HTN Program. This full-time position offers an opportunity to provide high-quality care in an ambulatory setting.

Position Details
  • Department: Cardiovascular Institute
  • Shift: Full-Time, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
  • Experience: RN I: 0-3 years; RN II: 3-5 years
  • Qualifications: Current RN license (Oklahoma or multistate), BLS certification, relevant nursing experience
Responsibilities
  • Provide counseling to patients on vasodilator medications
  • Perform nursing assessments and document responses
  • Assist physicians with examinations and procedures
  • Administer medications and monitor patient physiological data
  • Manage IV infusions and blood products
  • Ensure patient safety and quality care
  • Support patient education and discharge planning
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory standards
