Job summary

Kennybrook Village in Grimes, IA is seeking a dedicated RN to deliver comprehensive nursing care to residents and liaise with families, physicians, and the care team. The role emphasizes quality care, safety, and infection control in a vibrant senior living community.

The RN will conduct rounds, monitor changes in condition, and coordinate with staff to ensure timely, compassionate service. Evening shift coverage supports our residents’ needs and ongoing care commitments.

Qualifications

• RN must be a graduate from an accredited school and licensed in state of work.
• Preferably 1–2 years of Long Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents.
• Perform daily rounds to assess resident condition and comfort.
• Follow safety policies and infection control guidelines.
• Coordinate with physicians and staff; communicate resident changes.
• Oversee direct care staff and ensure tasks are completed.
• Maintain clear hand-off communications between shifts.
