The nurse independently practices in a clinical setting, providing routine and complex care while managing long-term goals and contingencies.

1. Provides nursing care per the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
2. Addresses patients' psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs, and educates patients and families.
3. Administers medications and treatments using appropriate protocols, monitors effects, and documents care.
4. Assesses learning needs and offers education, ensuring understanding and resource identification.
5. Meets competency expectations, participates in orientation and residency programs, and completes annual requirements.
6. Requires a BSN (preferred), 1 year of related experience, valid RN license, BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications.
7. Work schedule is 7 PM - 7 AM, full-time position.
