Less than 10 miles from Downtown Lansing, our Skilled Nursing team delivers specialized care in areas like orthopedics, cardiac care, respiratory health, oncology, palliative care, infectious diseases, neurology, and dermatology. You’ll evaluate patient needs, administer care, and be an integral part of a robust interdisciplinary team.

You will earn:

• $42.55 per hour on 3rd shift, plus a $10,000 Sign On Bonus!

Starting wage: $35.15/hour, plus $3.40/hour Hero Pay, and $4.00/hour shift premium for 3rd shift. Yearly wage increases are included.

Scheduling options:

• 8-hour shifts with rotating weekends and some holidays
• Full-time position

Responsibilities include:

• Providing excellent customer service and promoting a positive environment
• Performing treatments like wound care, IV therapy, and dialysis
• Administering medications and advising patients and families
• Providing preventative and supportive care
• Overseeing Nurse Aide team including training and evaluations

Requirements:

• Current RN or LPN license in Michigan and CPR certification
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree or higher
• Strong analytical skills for care planning and problem-solving
• Excellent customer service skills and a team-oriented attitude
