Job summary

Woodsfield Health Care Center in Woodsfield, OH, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical team. The RN will provide direct nursing care, manage resident care plans, administer medications, and ensure regulatory compliance while supervising nursing staff.

The ideal candidate holds a current Ohio RN license with at least 1 year of experience, excellent communication, and a collaborative approach to care.

Qualifications

We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical team. This role is responsible for providing direct nursing care, overseeing and coordinating resident care plans, administering medications and treatments as ordered, and ensuring compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards. The RN will also play a key role in supervising and supporting nursing staff while promoting quality outcomes and resident well-being.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Assess patients’ health needs and develop and implement care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and report any changes to the appropriate staff member
• Communicate with patients and families to provide education and support
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure continuity of treatment

Requirements:

• Current unencumbered state license as a Registered Nurse
