Job summary

Beauvais Manor Rehabilitation and Health Center is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical team near St. Louis. We offer a flexible schedule and competitive pay with shift differential, along with a supportive environment where new graduates are welcome.

As an RN, you will provide direct resident care, administer medications, and collaborate with the care team to support admissions and discharges while maintaining safety and quality standards in our facility.

Qualifications

• MO RN license required
• COVID-19 vaccination or willingness to receive
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents as assigned
• Administer and document medications and treatments accurately
• Assist physicians with procedures and diagnostics
• Educate patients and families on health care practices
• Collaborate with the care team to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Support admissions, transfers, and discharges of residents
• Monitor and report vital signs, symptoms, and general condition
• Document care and patient responses in accordance with facility policy
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for residents
• Take charge of unit operations as assigned

Education

Registered Nurse (RN) Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Missouri

• Completed COVID-19 vaccination or willingness to receive

• High school diploma or equivalent
