Job summary

Luxor Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our nursing team near Saint Peters, MO. This role offers flexible hours, competitive pay, and the chance to grow with a company under new management.

New graduates are welcome. Duties include providing nursing care, administering medications, preparing for procedures, educating patients and families, and coordinating with the care team to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current Missouri RN license.
• COVID-19 vaccination completed or willing to vaccinate.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care to patients as assigned.
• Administers and records medications and treatments as assigned.
• Prepares for and assists Physicians and others with diagnostic procedures and treatments.
• Reinforces supports and provides health care instructions to patients and their families.
• Participates with other team members in planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care and other patient activities.
• Assists in the admission, transfer, and discharge of patients.
• Observes and reports patients' vital signs, symptoms, and general condition to the appropriate individuals.
• Records on patient charts observation of patient’s responses to nursing care rendered.
• Maintains environmental conditions conducive to the comfort and safety of patients.
• Assists with unit management and/or assume charge of unit as assigned.

Registered Nurse (RN) Job Requirements:
