American Senior Communities is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Hickory Creek at Rochester in Rochester, Indiana. The role emphasizes building meaningful relationships with residents and their families while delivering compassionate geriatric care.
The position supports a strong nurse-to-resident ratio, with evening shifts available on a full‑time basis. Candidates must hold an Indiana RN license, demonstrate clinical excellence, and uphold our CARE values in daily interactions.

Our outstanding resident-to-nurse ratios ensure that each resident receives the time, attention and quality care they deserve. Our nurse ratios are 1st and 2nd shift being 14-15 residents to one nurse and 3rd shift 28-30 to one nurse.
