Job summary

Hickory Creek at Rochester is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver compassionate nursing care in a warm, homelike environment. FT/PT evening shifts available, with favorable nurse-to-resident ratios that allow time for meaningful patient interactions and thorough assessments.

You will contribute to residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being while embracing the CARE values and collaborative team approach.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse license in Indiana.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.

FT/PT Evenings Shifts Available

As a Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships by learning about the life stories of our residents and staff. Each day, our nurses utilize their nursing skills to promote the physical and psychosocial well-being of the residents, leading to a rewarding sense of fulfillment and satisfaction. Our outstanding resident-to-nurse ratios ensure that each resident receives the time, attention and quality care they deserve. Our nurse ratios are 1 st and 2 nd shift being 14-15 residents to one nurse and 3 rd shift 28-30 to one nurse.
