Hickory Creek at Rochester is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate care and to build meaningful relationships with residents and staff. You will promote physical and psychosocial well‑being, manage assessments, and ensure high-quality care with favorable resident‑to‑nurse ratios.
The role emphasizes teamwork, leadership, and collaboration across the care team, with opportunities to mentor and support colleagues while delivering person‑centered care in a community setting.
As a Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships by learning about the life stories of our residents and staff. Each day, our nurses utilize their nursing skills to promote the physical and psychosocial well‑being of the residents, leading to a rewarding sense of fulfillment and satisfaction. Our outstanding resident‑to‑nurse ratios ensure that each resident receives the time, attention and quality care they deserve. Our nurse ratios are 1 st and 2 nd shift being 14-15 residents to one nurse and 3 rd shift 28-30 to one nurse.
