Complete Care at Ridgewood in Racine, WI is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time or part-time roles on our clinical team. You will deliver compassionate patient care, administer medications, and coordinate with physicians in a town‑center skilled nursing environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Wisconsin RN license.
• Experience in SNF/LTC/sub-acute care is a plus.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Care & Safety: Deliver compassionate, hands-on care, administering medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Order & EHR Management: Transcribe orders to MAR/TAR and maintain meticulous electronic health records as an RN.
• Unit Supervision: Lead and mentor LPNs and CNAs on shifts to foster safety and accountability.
• Emergency Response: Respond to resident changes and emergencies, initiating protocols and coordinating with physicians.

Key Responsibilities

• Clinical Care & Safety: Deliver compassionate, hands‑on care, administering medications and treatments with 100% precision following physician orders.




• Order & EHR Management: Accurately transcribe physician orders to MAR/TAR and maintain meticulous electronic health records as a trusted RN Registered Nurse.




• Unit Supervision: Direct, lead, and mentor LPNs and CNAs on your shift to foster a culture of safety, accountability, and excellence.




• Emergency Response: Respond swiftly to resident condition changes and emergencies, initiating clinical protocols and coordinating with physicians.

Qualifications for Success

• License: Active, unrestricted Wisconsin RN Registered Nurse license in good standing.




• Experience: Prior experience in skilled nursing (SNF), long‑term care (LTC), or sub‑acute care is a plus, though we welcome motivated Registered Nurse (RN) applicants.




• Skills: Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, emergency response, and interpersonal communication abilities.
