Job summary

Center-At-Park-Wes seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver direct, resident-centered care in a SNF/Post-Acute setting. You will administer medications, coordinate with physicians, admit/trans fer/discharge residents, and monitor health with careful documentation.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license.
• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university.

• Patience, tact, and a positive attitude, especially with elderly and diverse populations.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
