Job summary

Veritas Management Group is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct, resident-centered nursing care in a SNF/Post-Acute setting. You will coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams and support residents through admissions, transfers, and discharges.

The role requires nursing expertise, strong communication, and a compassionate attitude toward the elderly. On-the-job training is provided to support your career growth in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license.
• Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Ability to make independent decisions and strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and long-term care regulations.
• Patience, tact, and a positive attitude, especially with elderly and diverse populations.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.

Responsibilities Include
