Job summary

Life Care Center of Plainwell, part of Life Care Centers of America, is seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse to join our skilled nursing team. We offer a $8,000 sign-on bonus for full-time LPNs, competitive wages, benefits, and shift differentials. 1 year SNF experience preferred; CPR required.

Responsibilities include delivering quality nursing care, making independent decisions, and providing excellent patient service in a supportive multidisciplinary environment.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited LPN program.
• Currently licensed/registered in applicable State. Must maintain an active LPN/LVN license in good standing throughout employment.
• One year skilled nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation; CPR certification must remain current during employment.

• Knowledgeably and competently deliver quality nursing care to patients.

We are a non-mandating facility, with a great nursing team! Now offering a $8,000 Sign on bonus for Full Time LPN's, Inquire within for more details. Competitive wages, great benefits and additional shift differentials. Shift differentials are Mon- Thurs 6am-2pm $ 2.00 more per hour and Fri-Sun 6am-2pm $3.00 more per hour, Then 2pm-6am $3.00 more per hour and Fri-Sun 2pm-6am $5.00 more per hour. Looking for 6pm-6am and 6am-6pm 36 hours per pay period. Life Care Center of Plainwell is conveniently located just north of Kalamazoo off U.S. 131 and a short commute south of Grand Rapids.
