Job summary

Holland Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is hiring full-time Day and Night RNs to join our team in Bucks County, PA. You will provide direct nursing care, perform assessments, document treatments, and support residents and families in care planning.

We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus and benefits including PTO and health, dental, and vision coverage. Experience in long-term care and strong clinical skills are valued in this role.

Qualifications

• Must have an active Certification as an RN in the state of PA.
• Minimum two years of relevant experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Administrating treatments and documentation.
• Complete assessments to determine the resident’s needs.
• Use health assessment data to determine nursing diagnosis.
• Counsel patient’s family in meeting nursing-related needs.
• All other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.
