Job summary

Complete Care, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time day shift position in Naugatuck, Connecticut. The role involves administering medication, performing treatments, and maintaining accurate records of residents’ care within established guidelines.

Qualifications

• Independent work or part of a group is required.
• Computer knowledge is necessary.
• Previous experience in long-term care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer medication to residents according to care plans.
• Perform treatments as assigned per physician's orders.
• Report and record resident condition and care accurately.
• Comply with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Other duties assigned by Unit Manager, Director of Nursing, or Administrator.

Responsibilities

• Administer medication to residents in accordance with their care plan.
• Perform treatments, as assigned per physician’s orders, within scope of practice.
• Accurately report and record the resident’s condition and care including signs and symptoms which may be indicative of change.
• Perform all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned by the Unit Manager, Director of Nursing and Administrator.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently or part of a group.
• Computer knowledge.
• Previous long-term care experience is preferred but not required.

Licensure Requirements

• Must have an active LPN Licensed Practical Nurse license for the state of Connecticut.
