Job summary

Francis Marion Manor Health & Rehabilitation in Marion, Virginia is seeking a compassionate RN to join our care team. You will manage nursing care for residents, supervise aides, and communicate with the care team to update care plans. A $7,500 sign-on bonus is offered for this full-time position.

Responsibilities

• Observe residents’ conditions, oversee, and respond as necessary.
• Inform physicians of any changes in resident conditions.
• Communicate care plan changes with patients, family members, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information (PHI).

RN – Registered Nurse

RN Position Summary

As a RN at Francis Marion Manor, you'll be an essential part of our residents' care. Responsibilities include:

• Manage the nursing care for all residents and delegate shift tasks to nurses.
• Supervise nurse aides as they complete their assignments.
• Observe residents’ conditions, oversee, and respond as necessary.

RN Requirements
