Job summary

Sevierville Health and Rehabilitation Center in Sevierville, Tennessee is looking for compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team. In this role you will provide direct resident care, administer medications, and support our clinical staff to deliver high-quality care.

Shift is 6:30 PM to 6:30 AM with options for full-time or PRN. We offer a $6,000 bonus for full-time, competitive pay, PTO, healthcare, and retirement benefits.

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee LPN license required.
• Experience in long-term care or rehab preferred.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care according to care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor residents' condition including vital signs.
• Document accurately and timely.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Work closely with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and therapy staff.
• Support residents with daily care needs.
• Participate in care planning and family meetings.
• Follow infection control and safety procedures.
• Help train and support new nursing staff.

LPN Requirements

• -Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Tennessee
• -Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehab preferred
• -Strong clinical and assessment skills
• -Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• -Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment
• -Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed

LPN Responsibilities

• -Provide direct nursing care according to individualized care plans
• -Administer medications and treatments as ordered

• -Complete accurate and timely documentation
