Care Options for Kids is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-to-one home nursing care. You will work under the clinical team and follow individualized plans of care in family homes.

Qualifications

• LPN license (PA) or multistate license is required.
• TB skin test/blood TB test (PPD or QF) is required.
• Valid BLS CPR card (must be obtained in person) is required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• G-tube/trach/vent experience or willingness to train is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one nursing care in a home environment.
• Take direction from the clinical team and be overseen by a registered nurse.
• Follow the plan of care and all clinical and office policies.
