Job summary

Parklands Care Center in Gainesville, FL is seeking an experienced RN to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team. The RN will administer medications, monitor resident conditions, and collaborate with leadership to ensure high-quality care.

Candidates must hold a Florida RN license and CPR certification; 1 year of nursing experience is preferred. This is a full-time role with a $2,500 sign-on bonus and weekly pay benefits.

Responsibilities

Essential Duties & Responsibilities of theRNs (Registered Nurse)

• Communicate pertinent information about resident condition and progress to charge nurses, supervisors and Director of Nursing, as indicated.
• Maintain clean, orderly treatment and medication cart and restock supplies as needed.
• Follow Infection Control policies and procedures.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately as ordered by the physician and according to all facility policies and procedures
• Assist in monitoring the inventory of medications, medical supplies and equipment to be sure adequate supplies of skin care products are on hand to meet the needs of residents.

Job Requirements ofRNs (Registered Nurse)

Registered Nurse current state license in Florida

• One (1) year related nursing experience preferred
• Must have a current/active CPR certification.
