Job summary

Parklands-Care-Center in Gainesville, FL seeks an experienced RN to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team. We provide sub-acute medical care, rehabilitation services, and 24-hour skilled nursing care in a modern, respectful facility with a strong team culture.

A $2,500 sign-on bonus is available for qualified applicants. You will communicate resident status, administer medications, and help maintain inventory while upholding infection control practices in a patient-centered

Qualifications

• Current state RN license in Florida.
• One year nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician.
• Maintain clean, organized treatment and medication areas.
• Communicate resident condition and progress to the nursing team.
• Follow infection control policies and procedures.
• Monitor medication inventories and supplies.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities of theRNs (Registered Nurse)

• Communicate pertinent information about resident condition and progress to charge nurses, supervisors and Director of Nursing, as indicated.
• Maintain clean, orderly treatment and medication cart and restock supplies as needed.
• Follow Infection Control policies and procedures.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately as ordered by the physician and according to all facility policies and procedures
• Assist in monitoring the inventory of medications, medical supplies and equipment to be sure adequate supplies of skin care products are on hand to meet the needs of residents.

Job Requirements ofRNs (Registered Nurse)

Registered Nurse current state license in Florida

• One (1) year related nursing experience preferred
• Must have a current/active CPR certification.
